“Datsuryoku” is a Japanese idea of letting go—not by trying harder to relax, but by laughing at life’s little absurdities until your shoulders naturally loosen.
「脱力」とは、リラックスしようと無理に頑張るのではなく、人生のちょっとした不条理を笑い飛ばすことで、自然と肩の力が抜けていくような日本の考え方です。
